braqueurs cagoulés, équipés d’une arme de poing et d’un fusil-mitrailleur, tentent de dérober la caisse d’un commerce à Brunoy dans l’ Essonne. <br /><br />En voyant la réaction du boucher, les braqueurs sont restés bouche bée!<br /><br />Le boucher en regardant le flingue…factice éclate de rire !<br /><br />Ses collègues qui ont bien compris l’intention des quatre hommes, quittent leurs sa soeur qui refusait de lui prêter sa console de jeux vidéo,<br /><br />blessant gravement la fillette de dix ans au thorax, samedi à Uckange (Moselle), rapporte dimanche le quotidien régional Le Républicain Lorrain.<br /><br />Selon le journal, la fillette aurait refusé de prêter sa console à son petit frère, qui s’est alors muni d’un couteau de cuisine pour la poignarder en pleine poitrine. Saignant abondamment, la victime a été héliportée à l’hôpital pour enfants de Nancy-Brabois, mais ses jours ne sont pas en danger, précise le quotidien régional.<br /><br />Le drame s’est déroulé dans une famille monoparentale de cette cité ouvrière du bassin sidérurgique lorrain, alors que la mère, qui avait travaillé toute la nuit, dormait dans sa chambre.<br /><br />“Comment un enfant de cet âge peut-il poignarder sa soeur pour une console de jeu ! C?est incompréhensible !”, confiait Gérard Leonardi, le maire de la commune, cité par le quotidien.<br /><br />“Il est vrai qu’on voit des enfants de plus en plus jeunes commettre des actes de grande violence”, souligne une psychologue et psychanalyste nancéienne citée par le Républicain Lorrain, Marie-France Alnot, qui attribue cette tendance à la multiplication des images violentes sur les écrans qui entourent les enfants. Ceux-ci “n’évaluent pas la réalité des choses”.<br /><br />Le drame d’Uckange pourrait s’expliquer par “une intolérance à la frustration”, avance encore Marie-France Alnot. Durant l’intervention des secours, le frère a été confié à des parents proches pour être mis à l’écart.<br /><br />La gendarmerie d’Uckange, en charge de l?enquête, devrait entendre le garçonnet, puis sa soeur, dans les jours prochains pour tenter de reconstituer les circonstances exactes du drame. Philip Seaton, un Américain de 61 ans, doit se faire opérer du pénis dans un hôpital du Kentucky. Plus exactement, l'homme doit se faire circoncire, pour des raisons médicales. Mais lorsque celui-ci se réveille, une tragique découverte l'attend : son pénis a été amputé.<br />Selon la plainte qu'il a déposé à l'encontre du chirurgien, de l'anesthésiste et de l'hôpital où a eu lieu l'opération, Philip Seaton avait donné son accord pour une circoncision, mais pas pour que son pénis soit amputé, bien qu'un cancer ait été diagnostiqué. <br />"Des fois, vous avez une urgence et vous avez à le faire, mais le chirurgien pouvait très facilement le recoudre et lui dire "voilà les options que vous avez"", a expliqué l'avocat du plaignant à la chaîne de télévision locale WLKY. "La famille aurait alors dit qu'elle voulait l'avis d'un deuxième médecin." Bernard Tapie s'exprimait à la veille de son audition par la commission des finances de l'Assemblée nationale. Les questions concernaient l'arbitrage rendu en sa faveur dans l'affaire Adidas, au terme duquel devrait lui être versé une indemnité de 285 millions d'euros, et les commentaires politiques suscités par cette décision.<br /><br /><br />On espère bien qu'aucun cadeaux ne lui sera fait, mis en cause dans plusieurs affaire, il en sort blanc, ce qui est bien si c'est la vérité, mais de là à ce que l'état, c'est à dire nous luis verse des centaines de millions d'euros et en plus des intérêts,NON!<br /><br /><br />L'interview a soudainement pris un tour plus vif quand j'ai interrogé Bernard Tapie sur les arbitres eux mêmes. Ils étaient trois, Pierre Mazeaud, ancien président du Conseil constitutionnel, Jean-Denis Bredin, avocat, et un magistrat, Pierre Estoup. En préparant notre rendez-vous, j'ai lu dans la presse que chacun des arbitres avait perçu 330.000 euros. Il m'a semblé légitime, puisqu'il s'agit d'un paiement qui sera finalement assumé par l'Etat, de vérifier auprès de Bernard Tapie que cette somme correspondant à la réalité.<br /><br />Il a mal pris la question. Il y a vu l'expression d'une suscpicion, un biais pour tenter de disqualifier l'arbitrage. Du coup, il est devenu agressif, donnant ainsi du relief à un passage qui aurait dû être anodin.<br /><br />Aussitôt les micros coupés, il s'est levé de fort mauvaise humeur. Bernard Tapie peut être très chaleureux, drôle et séduisant. Il peut aussi se montrer méchant, presque menaçant. La sortie du studio a donc été vive. Il a usé d'un mot à mon égard dont il a assuré, dans le feu de la discussion, qu'il aurait pu le dire au micro. Je le répète donc. "Vous êtes un connard", a-t-il lancé.<br /><br />A tort peut-être, sans doute même, mais je ne vois rien de personnel dans l'épithète. On peut imaginer que Bernard Tapie vit sous pression depuis la sentence arbitrale. Il sent bien que l'ampleur même de la somme peut la rendre illégitime. 285 millions d'euros, plus, si l'on a bien compris, une centaine de millions à venir d'intérêts, cela fait beaucoup pour une opinion qui connait l'état des finances publiques et qui sait bien que l'ex homme d'affaires ne peut être rangé dans la catégorie des nécessiteux.<br /><br />Evidemment, le ton est demeuré haut après avoir quitté le studio. Bernard Tapie disait des choses et j'en ai répondu d'autres. Le petit déjeuner a tourné court. La colère était là. jeune homme âgé d'une vingtaine d'années qui voulait allonger son pénis avant sa nuit de noces s'est introduit un écrou dans l'urètre. N'ayant pu retirer l'objet, il a finalement dû être opéré.<br /><br />Après être entré en érection, le jeune homme n'a pas réussi à retirer lui-même l'écrou coincé dans son pénis.
